This is a fire sale. The house needs to go very quickly and that is why it is priced the way it is. The price is so low that it seems too good to be true. The house is great. This is a kind of house that I personally would encourage my parents, friends, and family to purchase because I would feel safe knowing that I am putting them into a great home. Let me tell you why you shouldn't buy it or maybe why this may not be a good fit for you. The house will not be de-cluttered nor cleaned for any showings. The driveway has a steep up hill slope.
