All appliances has been updated as well as all new flat screen smart TV throughout the cabin (each bedroom and common space has a new TV-- all internet TV enabled; no cable TV box required). High speed wifi and internet (up to 450 mbps) is set up for both guest and owner. Updated is the downstairs space into a big and spacious 2nd master bedroom with it's own fireplace and a deck that faces the beautiful Big Bear valley/mountain. The cabin can host up to 12 guest with 4 king size beds, 2 bunk beds, and 2 single beds with 5 bedrooms. All windows has been updated with new double pane energy efficient windows. The heating is controlled by Nest Thermostats that can be adjusted on the phone APP (in case no one is home) and unit serviced regularly. Since there's no AC, the upstairs bedrooms all have wall mounted fans for comfort during the warm summer months.
