Daniel helped me and my wife bought our second home that I'm currently living in. Impressively, I was busy with work, Daniel did all research to nail down the properties and handled other matters necessary to evaluate the purchase. I was also so impressive on his expertise of negotiation tactical as well as his knowledge of market/financial trend.

I'm not going to comment on Daniel's professional expertise because I think it's more than enough. The main reason I wanted to recommend him to others is that he's willing to go an extra mile to help you and he's always proactive. To give you an example, I have to close the deal remotely so he went to the property many times to make sure everything is fixed/in working condition and he even helped me move some furnitures from my previous rental apartment to my new home while I was out of the country. He can also proactively remind me of the next steps and what to expect. The home purchasing experience with him is fun, adventurous, and well-informed. He's the kind of people you want to work with and rely on.
