说真的，华人在海外上当受骗，很多是同胞骗同胞，当朋友介绍傅菲给我认识的时候，她这么说：傅菲理性的带你看房子，即便你看中了，她也会帮你分析是否能下手，是否合适你。我觉得这就是我们需要的经纪。2015年的三月，天气寒冷，厚厚的积雪也没融化，在这样的天气里，傅菲带我们看了几套在我们预算里的房子，晚上她回去，会跟同事商量我们看过的各房子的优劣，先帮我们进行筛选，再细细查看房子信息，其中有套在我们选择范围的房子用的是煤气罐，就是用完要请人上门充气的，傅菲觉得这点可能不太适合我们，建议放弃。在整个买房过程中，她总是给我们各种建议而不是推着我们下手。买房的后续事情是很多的，我们急于离开波士顿，剩下的事情都有她代我们和律师完成。这对我们而言太省心了。跟着傅菲买房，是一次愉快的经历。

I am very pleased to write a review for Faye. Like many other first time home buyers, I had no clue in the beginning. One year ago, I found Faye and her team through a mutual relationship over the years. In June 2014, when we were depressed after losing our bids in heated bidding wars, a wonderful house my wife really wanted. She restored our faith and subsequently shared a lot of advice and experiences with us in order to find another more suitable one for us.
