Yufei couldn't have been more helpful, kind, responsive, and trustworthy. We felt very comfortable in her hands, which is saying a lot, given the current state of the LA market. She worked very hard to find us properties that fit our needs, and was extremely prompt in responding to our questions and requests for scheduling. She answered all of our questions thoughtfully and with the right amount of detail throughout the process, and we had a lot as first time home buyers. We had our first offer accepted, which had a lot to do with her knowledge and expertise, and our mutual trust. She also was fantastic in working with all of the various players throughout the escrow process, and made sure that everything we needed was done in a timely manner. We closed early, again due in part to her help and promptness.
