I was introduced to Han through a good friend of mine many years ago and have kept in contact with her since. Recently when a job opportunity came about in the Seattle area I turned to her to fill me in on the differences between buying and renting in Washington State compared to my city in Canada.

She was most informative and gave me a good understanding of the different neighborhoods and cities in and around Seattle and helped me narrow down the best areas relative to my potential workplace and preferences. Overall she was most patient with me, answered all of my questions and helped me realize that finding a home isn't all that different and no more difficult in Washington State than in Canada.

In the end I've decided that I probably will not be pursuing the job but my consultations with her helped me greatly in weighing the many aspects of my difficult decision. If things change down the road and I do end up in Washington I will without hesitation be using Han as my realtor.

Searching for a home to purchase in the current market can be exhausting. We are extremely lucky to have found Tony, as we feel he did everything within his power to make our home buying experience as fun and smooth as possible. He is extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable about the market. We honestly thought we didn't stand a chance when we came across our dream home, but Tony took us by the hand and made it happen. Our offer was only accepted because he knew exactly what was needed to make us stand out from the pile of offers that were submitted on the house. And although we are extremely happy with our new home, we feel sad to be saying goodbye to Tony.
