We rented my apartment with Houwen in June last summer. She was very familiar with the market in South Boston and showed us places she knew would meet the needs we had told her. It was very efficient -- no wasted time. She was professional and knowledgeable about the market and the local rules so it was easy for us. Some of the rentals we saw were getting multiple applications but she went out of her way to make sure we would get ahead of the others. After we had signed our leasde she didnt forget us and sent us a reminder to document any issues we might have after moving in, and she took care of the questions we had for the landlord. She made the whole thing easy --- we were happy with her and definitely recommend her!
