First time home buyer, didn't fully know or understand the process, Rachel did a great job in walking me through the home buying process. She continuously sent me updates on new properties and stayed within my budget. When it came to making an offer, she walked me through the steps and did a great job at putting me at ease and providing me updates if she did or did not hear back from the seller agent.

Overall she was very professional and worked well with the other agents and did her best to address all my questions. She was very responsive through either email, call or text
