We hired Jasmine to buy a house a month ago and just had our Campbell townhouse's recording done two days ago! She is AMAZING! Her understanding and knowledge about real estate market was impressive. We have visited more than 30 houses in person, north to Union City, south down to Blossom Hill, and east to Evergreen. I've read over one hundred house reports. She would gather 7, 8 reports on one house and email me the files whenever I requested them. To be honest, it was a big headache for me. Luckily, Jasmine is a very detailed person. VERY THROUGH. Without Jasmine's help with reviewing the reports I would probably be fixing the foundation right now.

The best thing I like about Jasmine's style is that she really understood my situation, what my preferences are, and my budget limitation. I highly recommend Jasmine!!!
