We chose Rhonda based on so many 5 star reviews on Zillow. It turned out to be a very wise decision. We worked with several realtors before. None is comparable to Rhonda. The first day we met at Starbucks Coffee she and her assistant Kenny gave us very deep impression. Not like other agents that promise a lot but make you feel still unclear what they really can do at the end of the meeting, she provided us a lot of useful information and explained very clear the way she works. Rhonda and Kenny work seamlessly as a team. They work very hard, respond quickly, highly knowledgeable and professional, and most importantly they really really care about their clients! Her assistant Kenny did not talk much at the first glance. But once we started to tour houses with him, he talked with us lots of details that we never thought of. To help us better evaluate a house we were interested in, they also ran very thorough market value analysis. Our house purchasing underwent some difficult time during making offer and home inspection stages. Thanks to Rhonda's incomparable negotiation skills, experiences, and hard work, we were able to beat other offers, go through tough negotiations on home inspection, and close on time. We highly recommend Rhonda and her assistant Kenny. It couldn't be wrong to work with them.

Rhonda provided the best service to find our dream home! I contacted her after checking Zillow reviews. I'm a Korean, so I considered Korean or Asian agent at first but decided to contact Rhonda because her feedback exactly fit into my needs. And I found every comment about her from other clients was really true. From the day one, she supported all of my asks promptly. Her response was super fast with all the details, and it helped me a lot to handle in between of my work. Rhonda never missed even small thing to check for me, always accountable in any tough situation. And always work with positive energy!

Rhonda was very patient with us as we zeroed in on what we wanted in a new home. She listened carefully and found the home that was absolutely perfect for us. Because she was watching the new listings carefully, she was able to show us the home on the first day it was listed and our offer was accepted that night. If we had been a day or two later in seeing the home and/or presenting our offer, we would have likely lost out because of market conditions at that time. We have been in the home for 9 years and at least once a week, we still say to each other, "Don't you just love our house?!" We credit Rhonda for finding our dream home!
