2004年从底特律Wayne State University毕业，然后继续在柏林工业大学深造3年。毕业后一直在德国以及欧洲从事旅游服务行业长达6年。一年前为支持家庭事业，再次来到美国纽约定居。黎颯以最快的速度取得纽约地产经纪人执照，并与Keller Williams纽约地产公司签约。作为与宝马北美总部合作的relocation service，是我在最短的时间内取的的最好成绩。已经帮助数位来自德国宝马总部的专家找到他们理想的住房，并且协助他们的孩子办理入学。虽然从业时间不长，但是作为一个妻子，一个母亲，一个纽约职业地产经纪人，对家庭的责任感，对事业的责任感，对客户的责任感，都是我义不容辞的使命。

黎颯每天都在不停的研究学习专业知识，陪同客户看房，协助找专业的人士做房屋检查，和卖方议价，协助客户完成贷款，安排律师...直到最后的合同签订。这对客户来说，找到自己的理想的住所，经纪人的任务已经结束；但是对于我，希望成为纽约地区高评价的经纪人之一，这并不是一个结束，我将对客户提供任何职责范围内的力所能及的帮助。

I have graduated from Wayne State University in 2004 and studied business development for 4 years. It helped me a lot to build up my business in tourism industry in Europe. After that i went to further study in Berlin Technical University for 3 years in Germany. Later i have worked in tourism industry for 6 years in Germany and expended over all over Europe. To support my family, I moved to New york, this amazing city with family last year. It took 3 months to get my license and found my current company-Keller Williams NY Realty in a week. During the last period, I got the opportunity to work with BMW North America as their relocation service which was the best result since the first day i started my career. I have helped several BMW experts find their dreaming houses and assist them for the enrolment at school for their children. You might think i dont have enough experience in this business, but as a wife, a mother, a licensed real estate salesperson, what i can guarantee my clients are my responsibility, my knowledge, my resources in different field.

I learn everyday professional knowledges. To show my clients houses, help clients to find professional person to do home inspection, to make counter-offer with seller, assist clients to find mortgage broker and attorney, and translate as need... ... until final closing. For clients, they find their dreaming properties, the responsibility of agent seems to end, But for me, it's not an end, as a future highly-rated real estate agent would like help their clients in different field as i could.
