Phoebe Goh has worked in the luxury and lifestyle sector for many years as a wine expert, a sales representative, and a small business entrepreneur. She possesses excellent people skills, is a good listener, gets to know her clients’ likes and dislikes, and works very hard to satisfy their unique needs.
A deep interest in real estate led Phoebe to become a licensed agent, and to extend her skills to this exciting new field. Specializing in residential rentals and sales in New York City, she works with clients in any price range who are seeking their perfect home.
Originally from Malaysia, Phoebe has lived in Singapore, Shanghai and New York. She is fluent in several languages and Chinese dialects, those being English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Hokkien and Malay.
Having experienced working and living in multiple NYC boroughs, Phoebe can guide her clients through the market and educate them on their options. She understands the challenges of the renting and buying processes having gone through each phase personally.
Phoebe studied accounting and marketing before embarking on a wine studies course and later managed fine wine retail boutiques, building and maintaining strong relationships with her clients over many years.
Most recently, Phoebe founded her own business in NYC called Phoebe’s Sourdough Bakery, producing naturally fermented sourdough breads for health and taste-conscious New Yorkers.
Phoebe previously resided in Chelsea and currently calls Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn home. She loves practicing yoga, cooking, and exploring all areas of the city whether for work or play.
