Sean is very responsive and detail oriented. With his strong quantitative background, he has a good grasp about what's a reasonable price for property. He also has good negotiation skills. During my offer period he made strong arguments to seller relating to comparable price and closing time, and suggested me to add additional information to my offer package, which helped a quick and smooth offer agreement. He also proactively helped me sort out many logistical arrangements since I was traveling during the closing period. His coordination ensured a very smooth and quick close process. Bought a Single Family home in 2017 for approximately $1.275M in Almaden Valley, San Jose, CA.

Sean is my buyer agent for our first home. We started to work with him in December 2016 and finally got our home in March, 2017. Sean helped visited quite a lot of homes with us together at the weekends and he explained the pros and cons for each houses very professional. After submitting each offer, he is always very actively contacting the seller and update the status with us. Sean also gives very accurate price suggestion for our bidding so we don't need to pay too much extra money for our house. Our property is a foreclosure home in a regular sale. Sean helped us to get the home with a discounted price, much lower than the market value. I'd like to introduce Sean to all potential vacant land buyers!! My husband is an architect. He and I were searching for vacant land to build a new home. It's relatively hard to estimate the land value because there are few combos. We met Sean who is both a real estate agent and a real estate investor. He explained his estimation logically. You could tell he has a lot of experience on that. Besides his experience in estimating the home value, he has another good quality which is saving as much money as possible for us even by sacrificing his commission. The seller is asking for $1.6m for the land. It's been bought at $1.75m before but that transaction fall through. We finally got the land with $1.41m which is really a bargain!!
