张卫卫吉林大学毕业以后在北京钓鱼台国宾馆做接待豪华团的工作。她也获得美国明德文理学院的学位并在法国巴黎大学、巴黎政治大学留学。她周游了亚洲、欧洲以及前苏联很多国家。在香港居住了9年，也在法国巴黎、美国费城、旧金山等地留学、生活、工作过。最后从加州的米尔谷搬到首府华盛顿地区。她在香港时做过市场营销经理和公关策划总监，也曾任职于美国华顿商学院公共事务部。

卫卫的母语是汉语，英文十分流利，也学过法语、广东话、西班牙语和日语。她是三个孩子的妈妈，在华盛顿首府地区生活工作了十多年，熟知当地包括学校的许多情况。她喜欢跟人打交道，并帮助她的客户及时、顺利地取得最理想的结果。她现在主要经营买卖豪华住宅。

Weiwei (Way Way) Blaisdell worked at Diaoyutai State Guest House in Beijing leading deluxe tour groups after graduating from Jilin University in China. She also received a degree from Middlebury College USA and studied at Nanterre University and SciencePo in Paris. She has traveled extensively in Asia, Europe and the ex Soviet Union and lived in Hong Kong for 9 years. She has lived in Paris, Philadelphia and San Francisco and moved to the Washington DC area from Mill Valley, California. She was a marketing and public relations director in Hong Kong and worked in the public affairs office at the Wharton School of Business.

Weiwei is a native Chinese speaker, speaks fluent English, and has learned French, Cantonese, Spanish and Japanese. She is married with 3 children, has lived and worked in the Washington DC area for 12 years. She knows the area and schools very well. She loves working with people and helping her clients achieve their goals. Her main business is the selling and buying of deluxe residential homes.
